Lavarien Grundy
Owner & Principal Developer
Lavarien Grundy has been in construction for nearly three decades — and he's done it the right way. He started swinging a hammer as a carpenter in 1996, then spent the next three years learning every trade from the ground up. By 1999 he was doing fix-and-flip, and by 2001 he had moved into full ground-up construction. In 2007 he began developing complete communities.
When the market crashed in 2008 and 2009, he didn't fold — he went back to school. He used that time to earn his degree in Construction Engineering, coming out of the downturn more qualified and more focused than before. That's the foundation every LDG project is built on.
Licensed General Contractor since 2001. Over 25 years of hands-on construction experience. LDG stands for something personal — it's a family name carried forward in every property he builds.
